Dr. Brooke Wheeler grew up in Melbourne, Australia, surrounded by animals, which inspired her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine.
She earned her DVM from Murdoch University in Perth, where she developed a passion for emergency medicine and surgery. After further training in critical care, she moved to San Francisco in 2023 to gain international experience.
Outside of work, Dr. Wheeler enjoys spending time with her golden doodle, Bear, exploring the great outdoors and traveling.
